It"s a long way to go but well worth it,I am looking forward to meeting up with our UBBT team having met them all at the Eco adventure.Working out and hanging out and seeing how everyone is evolving I think will be a highlight. This week has been huge,our UBBT feature appeared in the local papera and our last level of rennovatons are almost complete at the school.Most important of all the training is there,each day maintaining the minimum regardless of how tired I am.Yesterday was one of those days,I was not at my best but did not want to fall behind in my reps.Working on my form,grappling and let"s not forget the push up"s. I have to say that I do not hate push up"s as much as I used to which proves that if you do the things you hate often enough.....amazing things do happen.
